This retreat will give you tools as you search for meaning and deepen your relationship to the spiritual part of your life. This internal focus and reflection when done purposefully is a spiritual practice. Internal and external spiritual practice tools serve this internal movement. While a spiritual practice is often located within a religious tradition, this experiential retreat will be experienced outside of this traditional frame and will be practiced within a deeply personal experience. A deep shadow process will also be part of the retreat. There is a growth movement between spiritual practice (expansion) and letting go (contraction).
