In this experiential workshop, You will learn how to do a shamanic journey and gain spiritual support through allies you meet on your journeys. Journeying is the method shamans use to travel to other dimensions and realms to find information from spirit guides. The journey is guided by an intention. The Norse shamanic method of journeying will be used. You do not need experience in shamanic journeying. While the workshop is geared toward beginners, anyone who is interested in contacting and speaking with spirit guides will benefit from the workshop.

In this workshop you will experience:

• the type of “claire” you predominately use to perceive spirits

• a representation of your higher self

• an animal protector

• a spirit who helps support you.

The workshop will meet online in Zoom from 9 AM-4 PM.
