How Do I Manifest My World Part 1

“How do I manifest my world?” is a popular topic these days and has been the subject of spiritual discussions in the world’s religions for millennia. The popular literature has examples of positive thinking, manifestation through affirmations, vision boards, etc. The question is focused more on how do I manifest a relationship, a new house, a new job, a new… that will satisfy my desire to make my life and/or my family’s life better. For me, I wanted to explore what does this process of manifestation look like.

Love opens the heart and makes it feel more expansive. In emptying the heart with loss…love slipping away…the heart contracts while still open in love. There is vulnerability in loss. The heart is not guarded. The loss is an opportunity.

This poem is another view of how the process of manifestation between the formless and the form moves. In this poem, the metaphor I am using to bring this idea to life is the heart and the pumping of life through the sound and action of a heart beat.
